HKBazar is Pakistan's new online shopping website which focuses on digitisation.
We currently accept:
- PayFast(Wallets/Debit/Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Stripe (Debit/Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Bank Transfer
- Jazzcash/EasyPaisa
Absolutely we are totally digital platform which makes us Pakistan's 1st digital online multivendor platform. We use SSL encryption and Stripe’s/PayFast's secure gateway to ensure your payment details are safe.
Currently, we do not offer installment plans, but this feature will be introduced soon.
If your payment fails, please retry after confirming your card details or choose Cash on Delivery as an alternative.
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used during purchase.
COD is available in most areas, except remote locations where only online payment is accepted.
In case of duplicate payments, please contact us. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
Order & Returns
Simply add your favorite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and choose your preferred payment method.
Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible — in that case, you can request a return after delivery.
We offer easy returns within 3 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Go to your Order History, select the item, and click Request Return. Our support team will assist you through the process.
Please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with product images, so we can resolve it quickly.
Certain items like perishable goods, hygiene products, or opened software may not be eligible for return.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method used.
If your delivery is delayed or lost, please contact us with your order ID for immediate assistance.
