Return & Refund Policy – HKBazar

At HKBazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with a product, we make the return process simple and transparent.

This policy outlines when and how you can return an item purchased on HKBazar.com.


Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if any of the following conditions are met:

  • You received the wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product.
  • The product received is incomplete.
  • The product is not as described or pictured on the website.
  • You experienced a size or fitting issue (for applicable products).

Return requests must be initiated within the time window specified per category below.

Note: Some items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons. Please review the non-returnable items section before requesting a return.

  1. Login to your HKBazar account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click Initiate Return and complete the online return form.
  4. Choose a return method — Pick-Up (if available) or Drop-Off.
  5. Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  6. Attach the return label and submit the package for return.

Once we receive, Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • The product must not be used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that are tampered with or missing components will not be accepted.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

HKbazar reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Perishable goods (food, groceries, etc.)
  • Personal care, health, and hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
  • Software, downloadable products, and digital items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method:

  • Online Payments (PayFast/Wallet / Bank Transfer): Refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds issued as store credit or bank transfer (based on user preference).
  • Shipping fees may be deducted if the return is not due to a seller error.

Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Change of Mind Policy

At HKBazar, “change of mind” returns are not accepted for most product categories unless explicitly stated.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Warranty Claims

Some products are covered under a brand or seller warranty.
If your product is eligible, please contact the manufacturer or HKBazar support for warranty assistance.

  • Contact the seller directly or HKbazar support.
  • Provide proof of purchase and warranty documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, HKBazar will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return does not meet these criteria, the customer may bear the shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are currently not supported directly. You may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for your desired item.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • You must request the exchange within the return window.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
